CBS Sports' Jon Heyman reports that the Phillies have told teams calling about Chase Utley that the second baseman is unavailable. Philly has finally come to the realization that they're not legitimate playoff contenders, but they've decided they'd rather extend Utley than trade him. Jim Salisbury of CSNPhilly.com has reported previously that contract talks between the two parties are ongoing.
