CBS Sports' Jon Heyman reports that Carlos Marmol is talking to three teams and could have a deal soon. Tim Dierkes of MLB Trade Rumors reported exactly one month ago that Marmol was in talks with three teams, but he's still looking for the right fit. The Brewers and Red Sox were mentioned as possibilities earlier this winter. The erratic right-hander posted a 4.41 ERA, 1.63 WHIP and 59 strikeouts over 49 innings last season between the Cubs and Dodgers.
