Casilla has been delayed by a visa issue as he returns from his home in the Dominican Republic. Signed as a free agent this offseason, the reliever is expected to compete for a setup role behind closer Ryan Madson after spending the last seven seasons with the crosstown Giants. Even if Casilla does report to camp, he won't be there long. The World Baseball Classic begins for the Dominican on March 9.
