Carrasco left Tuesday's outing with tightness according to manager Terry Francona, Paul Hoynes of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. It doesn't appear to be too serious of an issue as Francona also acknowledged that he may have overreacted, but it's still a situation worth monitoring if Carrasco experiences any further setbacks. Otherwise, he's still slated to make his next start Sunday against the Tigers.
