Carrasco (hamstring) has been activated off the disabled list and will start Thursday's game, Jordan Bastian of MLB.com reports.

Carrasco hasn't pitched since April 24 and will be limited to around 80 pitches for Thursday's game. He made a rehab start Saturday at Double-A Akron and looked good in four innings of work. The Indians have optioned Mike Clevinger to Triple-A Columbus in order to make room for Carrasco.
