Carrasco gave up one run on five hits and two walks while striking out eight over seven innings Tuesday against the Royals. This was the second time Carrasco had dominated the Royals this season and he has now allowed three runs over 14 innings en route to wins in his last two starts. The window to buy low on Carrasco after a slow start has almost certainly closed, and he should be viewed as a solid No. 2 or No. 3 starter (depending on league size) in fantasy moving forward.
