Carp was immediately inserted into the starting lineup, hitting fifth, in his first game with Texas. He's expected to see lots of playing time down the stretch, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. Carp was finding playing time hard to come by in 2014 and wouldn't be a bad addition for those in deeper leagues needing some power and at-bats.
