Carlos Zambrano will need at least two more minor league starts before possibly joining the Phillies. Zambrano threw 4 2/3 scoreless innings in his first outing for High-A Clearwater Tuesday, but general manager Ruben Amaro wasn't overly impressed. "He threw OK," Amaro said. "I don't think he lit the world on fire. But he's gaining arm strength. It was a little better than his last outing. He's getting stretched out. We'll see where he goes from here." John Lannan (quad) could be ready to join the Phils before Big Z, so it remains to be seen where he fits in with the big club.
