Carlos Zambrano will make his first start with High-A Clearwater on Tuesday. Zambrano signed a minor league deal with the Phillies earlier this month and is coming off two strong outings in extended spring training. The veteran right-hander had a mediocre 4.49 ERA with the Marlins last season, but could be an option for Philadelphia's rotation before long.
