Carlos Quentin was scratched from Monday's lineup with mild discomfort in his right knee. The Padres are downplaying it for the time being, but it's the same knee Quentin has had operated on twice over the last year, so we can't take it too lightly. For now, the outfielder should be considered day-to-day, but it's certainly a situation to monitor.
