Carlos Quentin (shoulder) is not in the Padres' lineup Tuesday. He's now missed four straight starts with a sore left shoulder. Quentin remains day-to-day for now, but the disabled list will become a possibility if he doesn't improve in a hurry. Chris Denorfia is starting in left field Tuesday.
