Carlos Quentin said his left shoulder has made progress, but he won't be ready to play by Monday, when he is eligible to come off the disabled list. He sprained the AC joint in his left shoulder while making a tumbling catch in the outfield last month. Quentin said his swing has improved as pain has dissipated, but it'd be a gamble to start him in most fantasy formats this coming week.
