Carlos Quentin left Tuesday's game after being hit on the right wrist by a pitch. Quentin is annually among the league leaders in getting hit by a pitch, and this one cost him. The Padres should provide an update on his status before long. If he should need a DL stint, Kyle Blanks would be an option to take his spot on the roster.
