Carlos Quentin (knee) took batting practice and ran in the outfield Thursday. Quentin was cleared to begin taking batting practice this week as he continues his rehab from March surgery on his right knee. It's not clear when he'll go out on a minor league rehab assignment, but there's a good chance he comes off the DL by the end of the month.
