Carlos Quentin (knee) is scheduled to take live batting practice early next week. Quentin, who underwent right knee surgery less than a month ago, recently began swinging at balls off a tee in the cage. He'll likely need a brief minor league rehab assignment, but barring any setbacks, he should come off the disabled list by the end of April.
