Carlos Quentin (knee) is out of the Padres' lineup again Wednesday. Quentin is currently dealing with soreness in his surgically-repaired right knee. The Padres are hoping he'll be ready to go after the scheduled off-day on Thursday. Alexi Amarista will start in left field Wednesday.
