Carlos Quentin has been diagnosed with a sprained AC joint in his left shoulder. An X-ray on the shoulder came back clean, but an MRI revealed the sprain. Quentin is considered day-to-day for now, and whether or not he winds up on the disabled list will likely depend on how much pain he can tolerate. The White Sox started Alejandro De Aza in right field Sunday, with Alex Rios handling center.
