Carlos Gonzalez left Tuesday's game versus the Diamondbacks after aggravating his left index finger injury. Gonzalez has been dealing with the injury for two weeks now and it swelled up on him again Tuesday, forcing him out after the fifth inning. The Rockies are calling him day-to-day for now, but it's possible they'll look to give the outfielder an extended break.
