Carlos Gonzalez (finger) went 1-for-4 with a single and a run scored in his return from the disabled list Friday. He also made a pair of impressive defensive plays. Gonzalez ended up missing just over a month following surgery to remove a benign tumor from his left index finger. The 28-year-old wasn't his usual elite self prior to the procedure, so fantasy owners will have to hope that improved production is on the way now that the issue has been resolved.
