Carlos Gonzalez (finger) is out of the Rockies' lineup Tuesday against the Mets. CarGo aggravated his sprained right middle finger during Sunday's game and isn't ready after Monday's scheduled off day. The Rockies have resisted placing him on the DL until now, but it might be worth giving him an extended rest at this point.
