Carlos Gonzalez (calf, finger) grounded out in a pinch-hitting appearance on Wednesday night. CarGo was held out of the starting lineup due to a right calf contusion and lingering inflammation in his left index finger. He should be back in there for Friday's series opener against the Indians at Progressive Field.
