Colorado Rockies closer Carlos Estevez earned the save on Thursday when he allowed one run on two hits with a strikeout over one inning in a 4-3 win over the Phillies. Estevez entered in the ninth inning with the Rockies holding a 4-2 lead and ran into a little trouble. He allowed a single to Brad Miller and a double to Andrew McCutchen before Didi Gregorius knocked in a run with a groundout.
