The Los Angeles Angels agreed to a two-year, $7 million deal with free-agent right-hander Carlos Estevez on Monday. The 29-year-old reliever has only struck out 23.6 percent of the batters he's faced in six major-league seasons with the Colorado Rockies, making him a low-upside fantasy reliever.
