Carlos Carrasco will not qualify for arbitration this winter. Carrasco ended up falling six days shy of earning Super Two status. This means that he is on track to be arbitration-eligible for the first time after the 2014 season. The 26-year-old posted an ugly 6.75 ERA and 30/18 K/BB ratio over 46 2/3 innings with the big club this year.
