The Cleveland Indians plan to activate starting pitcher Carlos Carrasco (illness) from the 60-day injured list on Sunday, according to manager Terry Francona. The 32-year-old Carrasco has been out since late May after being diagnosed with leukemia. The right-hander allowed one run while striking out six in 3 2/3 innings with Double-A Akron and Triple-A Columbus on his rehab assignment.
