Cleveland Indians starting pitcher Carlos Carrasco (forearm) has reportedly been throwing long toss without any issue to his injured arm. Carrasco has been on the disabled list since last Sunday and is likely close to re-joining the Indians' rotation. In his last outing, Carrasco was horrendous.
