Cleveland Indians starting pitcher Carlos Carrasco was excellent on Tuesday, throwing seven scoreless innings and earning his fourth win. He allowed six hits and struck out six without allowing a walk. The strong effort moved his record up to 4-3 and lowered his ERA to 4.18. He has the upside to be one of the league's best starters, but he's gotten off to a somewhat slow start. Maybe this is the start that sparks a hot streak.
