Carlos Beltran is in the Cardinals' lineup for Game 5 of the NLCS on Friday. He'll take his customary position in right field and is hitting second in manager Mike Matheny's lineup. He left Game 3 with a left knee strain, forcing him to sit out of Game 4 as well. Beltran received acupuncture in his left knee on Friday and was able to run sprints without incident during the morning workout.
