Cardinals signed INF Scott Moore to a minor league contract. He'll presumably received an invitation to spring training. Moore, who will turn 30 later this month, batted .271/.353/.448 with 14 homers and 66 RBI at the Triple-A level this season. He's merely minor league depth.
