Cardinals manager Mike Matheny said after Tuesday's game that there's no sign of any ligament damage in Adam Wainwright's right knee and the pitcher is not expected to undergo any tests. The skipper also added that Waino's strength and mobility checked out OK. The big right-hander exited Tuesday's start with a hyperextended right knee after stumbling awkwardly while trying to field a chopper. Wainwright said he expects be fine for his next outing, but we probably won't know officially until after his between-starts bullpen session.
