Capuano (elbow) threw a bullpen Tuesday and could pitch in a rehab assignment soon, Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinal reports.

Capuano was placed on the 15-day disabled list May 26 after suffering from elbow soreness during some of his previous outings. He will now head to Los Angeles to complete a simulation session before a possible minor league rehab assignment.
