Cain (forearm) may need one more rehab start, Alex Pavlovic of CSN Bay Area reports. Cain struck out six batters and gave up two runs over 6.2 innings in Saturday's rehab outing for Triple-A Sacramento. He could perhaps return during the upcoming week, but the Giants may also decide to give him one more rehab start.
