Sanchez was making a spot start in place of the injured Anthony DeSclafani (shoulder) and allowed an RBI double to Willy Adames in the third inning before turning the game over to the bullpen. Sanchez was making just his third appearance for the Giants since returning from a biceps injury and threw 46 pitches, 29 of them for strikes. Even if he stays in the rotation for any length of time, Sanchez isn't yet built up enough to be a fantasy contributor.
