Brian Wilson (elbow) will throw to hitters Sunday for the first time this spring. Wilson is about a week behind the other pitchers in Giants camp due to mild elbow inflammation, but he's progressing well and doesn't appear to be in any danger of not being ready for Opening Day. He's expected to make his Cactus League debut around March 11 or 12.
