Brian Wilson (elbow) will resume throwing on October 6. Wilson's recovery from Tommy John surgery is going well, though obviously he hasn't been tested too much yet. "He looked good, healthy," Giants manager Bruce Bochy said of the righty-hander. "Now, the beard didn't look too healthy." Wilson is expected to be ready for the start of next season.
