Brian Wilson (elbow) was able to throw a free and easy bullpen session Thursday in Giants camp. Wilson is still working to overcome the elbow inflammation that he developed at the end of the 2011 season, and seems to be on the right track. "It's getting better each time," Giants manager Bruce Bochy said Thursday. "That's what you're looking for."
