Brian Wilson (elbow) threw a successful 30-pitch simulated game on Thursday afternoon. If Wilson wakes up Friday without feeling any negative aftereffects from the workout, he could be activated from the 15-day disabled list. The bearded closer has been sidelined since mid-August with an elbow issue.
