Brian Wilson (elbow) threw 25 pitches during a live batting practice session Wednesday. Wilson faced Buster Posey and Freddy Sanchez, which he thought was a pretty good test for his stuff at this point of the spring. "Those are the kinds of hitters you want to face," said Wilson, who mixed in a few sliders. The bearded closer is set to make his Cactus League debut on Sunday.
