Brian Wilson (elbow) is scheduled to face hitters again Wednesday. The Giants have slowly built up Wilson's workload this spring after he dealt with elbow inflammation last season, but he made it threw his first session against live hitters Sunday without incident. The bearded closer is scheduled to make his Cactus League debut on March 11. He shouldn't need many innings to get ready for the season.
