Brian Wilson calls his Thursday ankle injury a "nonfactor." All the same, manager Bruce Bochy said Wilson won't be available for Friday's home opener after pitching on back-to-back days in Colorado. In addition to tweaking his ankle, Wilson needed 32 pitches to close out Thursday's 4-2 win, and surrendered a run in the process. Sergio Romo or Jeremy Affeldt will serve as stopper on Friday, with Wilson likely to be fine by Saturday.
