Brian Roberts (knee) threw at 75 feet and did some soft-toss swinging on Tuesday. The Orioles are easing the veteran second baseman back into baseball activities as he recovers from a ruptured tendon in his right knee. The club doesn't expect to have to move him to the 60-day DL, but there's no timetable for his return.
