Brian McCann suffered a strained left oblique and will be placed on the 15-day disabled list Wednesday. It's a tough break for the Braves and fantasy owners, as McCann leads all major league catchers with 18 homers and 55 RBI. That being said, David Ross is a perfectly capable option behind the option behind the plate, so the Braves should be able to get by for a couple of weeks while McCann heals.
