Brian McCann (oblique) will likely wait until Friday to begin a minor league rehab assignment. McCann is eligible to return from the disabled list as soon as Friday, but this would likely push him back to Sunday or Monday. Either way, the Braves and fantasy owners have to be pleased with his quick progress from a strained oblique.
