Brian McCann (oblique) went 1-for-3 with an RBI single Friday in his first minor league rehab game with Triple-A Gwinnett. McCann, who served as the designated hitter, flew out in the first, grounded out in the third and singled to right in the fifth before exiting. It's not known if he'll catch Saturday, though he'll obviously need to do so before being activated from the disabled list. He could rejoin the Braves as soon as Sunday or Monday.
