Brian Dozier's first homer of the spring was a two-run shot off the Marlins' Nathan Eovaldi on Monday. Dozier is hitting .250/.313/.409 as he attempts to win a spot in Minnesota's infield. He's strictly playing second base this spring, and the Twins will likely only carry him if they think he should start there over Jamey Carroll. Carroll, for what it's worth, is hitting .306/.375/.333. He also has a $3.75 million salary.
