Brewers optioned RHP Tim Dillard to Triple-A Nashville. Dillard got off to a nice start after earning a mid-May promotion to the major leagues, but he'll head back to the minors having allowed a total of 17 hits and 10 earned runs in 18 innings. The righty could be recalled later this summer.
