Brett Myers will head back to Cleveland on Sunday to undergo an MRI on his right forearm. Myers was pulled from Friday night's game after the fifth inning because of forearm soreness. The Indians should be able to get some answers from the MRI results. It's very possible that the veteran right-hander will ultimately be placed on the 15-day disabled list.
