Brett Myers gave up five runs -- four earned -- and 13 hits in six innings Monday in a loss to the Pirates. Myers had turned in three straight quality starts, the last two coming against the Rangers, but he stumbled today. Everything he threw was in the strike zone, and most of it got hit. He finished the day with one strikeout and no walks. The 13 hits allowed were a new career high for him. He gave up 12 in a start April 7, 2010 versus the Giants.
