Brett Myers (elbow) will resume a rehab assignment with Short-Season Mahoning Valley on Monday. Myers will throw only one inning, which could mean he's transitioning to reliever. The Indians had been considering the possibility in hopes that the righty would have a better chance of staying healthy that way. There's no timetable for Myers' return.
