Brett Myers (elbow) could resume a throwing program in 4-5 days. Myers, out since late April with a mild UCL tear, felt renewed soreness last week after going four-plus innings in a rehab start at Double-A Akron. He remains without a timetable to rejoin the Indians, and could be used as a reliever upon his return.
